Bookings, Rules & Requirements

The following rules apply to all campers:

Arrival: Arrival Time: 12 Noon ( Accommodation will only be held until 4pm on
day booked unless full nights deposit has been received)

Departure: Departure time: 10 am

Accounts: Balance of accounts are payable on arrival.
Payment must be made for the full time booked.
No reductions for early departure unless the accommodation can be re-let!
General - No refund unless re-let!

Caravans: Including campervans, must have an electrical WOF and Comply with
LPG Standard (NZS 5428:1996)
All campervans and caravans must have their own wastewater container:
Sorry NO Dump Station available at camp.

Tents: Electricity can only be connected through a RCD Safety Switch.

Parking: One vehicle to be parked - on own site only - not on driveways
Parking space is limited in Dec/Jan
Boat parks to be used where provided.

Conduct: Reasonable behaviour at all times. Quietness between the hours 10:00pm -7:00 am.
Excessive drinking & parties are prohibited. Liquor to be consumed only on your site or in cabin.
Do not have a drink in your hand walking around the park.
Children 5 yrs and under must be accompanied by an adult when using all camp facilities.
Consideration must be shown at all times to other quests

Damage: Cost of damage to property of accommodation will be recovered.

Visitors: No Visitors are permitted between 27.Dec -02 Jan!
At all other times Visitors must report to the office on arrival & depart camp by 8pm.
Visitors Cars are not permitted in camp.
Please let management know prior when possible.

Pets: Not admitted (26 Dec - 5 Jan) After 5 Jan must check with management.

Rubbish: Rubbish into rubbish bins and recycled bins.

Gate: Camp gate will be closed at 10pm. No vechile access into or out of the park 10pm -7am.

Id: All persons staying in park between 27 Dec - 02 Jan will be required to
Wear ID tags (its for your own security).

Liability: No Liability for anyone's property: No exceptions.
